    • Congressman Joe Neguse announced Andrew Woen as the winner of the 2019 Congressional App Challenge for Colorado’s 2nd Congressional District. Woen created an app entitled “ReDetect” which tells users what items can be recycled through image recognition and machine learning. Woen is 16-years-old and attends Peak to Peak High School in Boulder County.
