• Introducing the next generation of Arrow Solutions Group

    Big news happening over at ASG. We’re thrilled to unveil the next generation of our brand. Over the last few months, we have poured our hearts and souls into creating a new identity that more accurately embodies who we are, what we do, and what matters to us most: matchmaking. While we’re not about to develop Tech Tinder just yet – what we ARE in the business of is creating life changing connections between companies and candidates.

     So what’s different? 

    We’re still the same tech-obsessed folks who scour our backyards, the grocery store, and Craigslist missed connections to find game-changing talent. 

    But when we asked ourselves what’s really different about Arrow Solutions Group, it’s us and our process. We don’t just place butts in seats. Our vetting is second to none – for all roles from contract staffing on up through tech execs. We might be just a tad biased here but we think our candidate and hiring experience are out of this world. We truly get to know our candidates and our clients like we get to know our family, friends, and coworkers.

    Let’s face it, the technical hiring process can be exhausting. Our mission is to make it feel as good as when you ditched dial-up. 

    Why the change? Here’s our top 5:

    1. Our brand didn’t really show our personality, and for those of you who know us, we’re personality++ over here. Relationships matter to us, bigtime.

    2. Remember what an a-m-a-z-i-n-g feeling it was to toss the AOL dial-up static and get back what then seemed to be lightning-fast internet? We do too, and so we wanted to make sure we bring that feeling of elation through to our hiring.

    3. We used too many buzzwords and our sense of passion, humor and brevity wasn’t at the forefront of the way we spoke (hence that’s changed, starting with this post).

    4. As outdoor enthusiasts, we wanted our brand to embody our love for the outdoors. Given our Montana and Denver roots, bringing in the mountains for our logo felt right. 

    5. We want companies and candidates to remember the way they rewrote their stories and changed the course of their lives.
