  Let the bidding begin! Use the Handbid Auction app to view the Celebrity packages and bid on a Celebrity experience. C-Level Celebrities are tech executives that donate their time to our fundraiser to connect with our attendees, share information on upcoming IT projects and put together experience packages – such as a hike, virtual cooking class or a round of golf – that our attendees bid on throughout the evening. Through these efforts, these Celebrities help us raise funds for our largest fundraiser of the year, while providing attendees the opportunity to build long lasting business relationships.

• What is C-Level @ A Mile High?

  C-Level @ A Mile High gathers over 800 leaders in the Colorado tech industry for a night of networking and connection. There is no other event that provides direct access to leaders driving change in the Colorado tech industry. 

  C-Level is your opportunity to…

  -Connect with fellow leaders in the Colorado tech industry – in 2023, 298 of our attendees were executive-level  

  -Build connections with companies from across the Colorado tech industry – in 2023, individuals from 275 different organizations attended the event

  -Get to know the decision makers at key Colorado companies – in 2023 we had 54 Celebrities (CIO, CTO or CISO) participate in the event. These individuals are stationed at tables throughout the event, inviting conversations with attendees.

• What is a C-Level Celebrity?

  C-Level Celebrities are tech executives that donate their time to connect with our C-Level @ A Mile High event attendees. Interested in getting to know the IT teams at Colorado companies like DISH, Arrow Electronics or Vail Resorts? This is your chance!

  Celebrities share information on upcoming IT projects and put together experience packages – such as a bike ride, a cooking class, a wine tasting, or a round of golf – that our attendees bid on throughout the evening in an effort to win the chance to spend even more time with the Celebrity following the event. Through these efforts, these Celebrities help us raise funds for our largest fundraiser of the year, while providing attendees the opportunity to build long lasting business relationships.

• What C-Level Celebrities will be participating this year and where do I find their IT project list?

  All Celebrities can be found on our C-Level @ A Mile High event page, under “2024 CELEBRITIES.” Their IT projects can be found in our Celebrity Experience Auction app Handbid starting at noon on Tuesday, May 21. 

• How do I bid on the Celebrity Experiences Auction?

  To participate in the auction, you’ll need to register and log in separately to the fundraising app Handbid, which can be accessed via this link:
  https://events.handbid.com/auctions/c-level-at-a-mile-high-2024 

  The event auction will launch at noon on May 21, and you will be able to participate in the auction at that time! The auction will close in two groups. The time for the first group of Celebrities participating in the Celebrity auction will end at 7:00pm on May 22. The second group will end at 8:00pm on May 22. 

• How will I know if I won the Celebrity Experience Auction? How will I be notified?

  You will receive push notifications through Handbid on the status of the auction and items you’ve bid on, and you will be alerted if you won at the end of the event. Additionally, you will receive an email within two weeks following the event with an update on your Auction prize and next steps.

• Do I have to be registered to attend the event to participate in the Celebrity Experience Auction?

  The Celebrity Experience Auction is only available to attendees of C-Level @ A Mile High. Feel free to reach out with any questions you might have about registration – eventsmgr@coloradotechnology.org. 

• What if I’m not interested in participating in the Celebrity Experiences Auction? Should I still attend the event?

  Yes, definitely! C-Level @ A Mile High is Colorado tech’s premier networking event. Even if you’re not interested in participating in the Celebrity Experience Auction this event is your chance to connect with your peers in the tech industry, meet new people and network with top executives. 

  Additionally, it’s a lot of fun! Explore Empower Field and all the views that it has to offer, enjoy drinks and appetizers, and participate in the many sponsor activities offered throughout the space.
