Every Space, Every Place

Colorado’s tech community is powered by women leaders who are dedicated to empowering their teams, organizations, community, and beyond. The Women in Tech (WIT) Conference celebrates and supports our unique community.

In its 14th year, the WIT Conference is a retreat-style event celebrating women across technology. Every year we gather over 650 women to hear from a variety of dynamic speakers and engage in meaningful discourse on technology trends, leadership, and the opportunities and challenges facing women building a career in tech.

At our 2024 Women in Tech Conference, we’ll explore the theme, “Every Space, Every Place.” From groundbreaking startups to global enterprises, from coding bootcamps to boardrooms, women belong in every space and every place where innovation happens. This event will highlight the stories, achievements, and challenges of women who are leading the way in technology, fostering a community where every voice is heard and every place is open for women to thrive.

Event Highlights:

  • Inspirational Keynote Speakers: Hear from leading women in tech who have broken barriers and set new standards in their fields.

  • Panel Discussions: Engage with panels featuring industry experts discussing the subjects

  • Interactive Workshop: Participate in a hands-on workshop over lunch, designed to empower, educate, and equip you with the tools to thrive in the tech industry.

  • Luminaries: Connect with our 2024 Luminaries – Luminaries are technology executives and community leaders who join the event to meet our attendees and share their stories through a guided small group discussion.

  • Networking Opportunities: Make new connections with women in the Colorado tech community, in a supportive and dynamic environment.
