The 2024 WIT Conference will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2024.

This retreat-style event is hosted at Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur, Colorado, just 45 minutes south of Denver.

The WIT Conference is open to all female-identifying and non-binary individuals in the Colorado technology community and beyond who are CTA members. We welcome attendees of all career stages, backgrounds and companies and have a strong focus on creating an inclusive environment. Each ticket to the WIT Conference provides access to world-renowned keynote speakers, cutting edge technology-focused content, professional and personal development workshops and meaningful networking opportunities. At the event, you’ll be able to connect with other attendees including our Speakers and Luminaries*. Each ticket also includes breakfast, lunch, snacks and a happy hour. 

*Luminaries are female-identifying or non-binary technology executives and community leaders who join the event to meet our attendees and share their stories through a guided small group discussion.
